KK Crvena zvezda is one of the biggest sports brands in the region: a EuroLeague club, an arena that sells out, and a fan base that expects the club’s digital home to keep pace with match day.
What we built
The official website runs on Quest, our CMS with a rendering engine: news, squad, schedule, results and match centre, edited by the club’s media team without engineering in the loop. The fan shop at shop.kkcrvenazvezda.rs runs on Flux with one inventory shared between online and physical sales, jerseys with player names and numbers, and stock that goes to the warehouse module for picking and dispatch.
Season tickets are handled at the club’s desk on the same platform: scan a ticket or a member card, find the owner, print the card. Fans, members, buyers and ticket holders are one customer record, so a message about a play-off game can go to exactly the people it concerns.
Why it matters
One database behind the site, the shop and the tickets means no exports, no reconciliations and no “which list is the right list” before a big game. It also means the club can add a loyalty programme or a new sales channel without another vendor.
- Official website and fan shop, one design, one login
- Season-ticket desk: scan, identify, print
- Shared inventory between shop, arena stand and warehouse
- Campaign messaging to segments of fans
