Founded in 2013 as a consultancy for small and medium companies: sizing and organising IT teams, structuring development, shaping product portfolios. We continue to do it with our full heart.

Most companies do not need more software. They need to know which software to build, which to buy, who should own it and how many people that takes. That question comes before any code, and we have been answering it for thirteen years.

A consultancy engagement is short and written down. We look at the stack, the team and the roadmap, talk to the people who run them, and come back with a plan that a CFO and a CTO can both sign: what to keep, what to replace, in which order, and what it costs to run afterwards.
