Announced 15 September 2026. One position: the person who leads the technical team through the next phase of the platform. Full time, from our Belgrade office, B2B or employment contract.

The product

Morffeus is the operating system of a company: sales, marketing, support, content, analytics and operations on one platform
Digital employees work on it: AI colleagues a company hires for any role, at a fixed monthly price like any other team member
The platform is in production, clients pay, digital employees already work. The next phase is making them the whole product

What you will do

Lead development of the platform with a team of two developers. Hands-on: about 70% of your time is code, the rest is leading the team and the system
Own production: deploys, monitoring, incidents, infrastructure costs
Review code and unblock colleagues on all three stacks: Elixir/Phoenix, Flutter, Next.js
Document the system so knowledge lives in the team, not in heads

What we look for

5 to 8 years of professional experience
Elixir and Phoenix in production. Most of the platform runs on the BEAM
Flutter at working level: apps in both stores, releases, at least one native plugin
Next.js at working level: a production app with SSR and an API layer
PostgreSQL, Docker, CI/CD. You have been on call for something you built
You have mentored one or two people. Clear Serbian and English; you can sit with a client
Serious interest in LLM tooling, with something built. Agents in production is a plus, not a condition

What we do not need

An expert in all three stacks. Nobody is. Depth in Elixir, honest working competence in the other two
Large-corporation experience with platform teams doing infrastructure for you
A manager who stopped writing code
