Gomex is a grocery chain from Zrenjanin with a dense network of stores across Vojvodina and Belgrade. Grocery retail runs on a weekly rhythm: new catalogue, new promotions, new prices, every week, in every store, on every channel.
What we built
The public site on Quest carries the store locator, the weekly catalogue and the promotions that change every Monday, edited by the marketing team on a schedule rather than shipped by developers. Spark runs the on-site banners and pop-ups that push the current campaign; Iris delivers the same campaign by e-mail and push to the loyalty base, and Mosaic keeps the audiences (“bought in store X”, “not seen for 30 days”) current without SQL.
The loyalty programme lives in Orbit, with coupons that are only visible to app users and redeemed at the till, which is exactly what the chain uses to grow the app base.
Why it matters
Every weekly cycle used to touch several tools and several people. Now the campaign is defined once and every channel reads it. The chain’s team spends Monday on the offer, not on uploads.
- Weekly catalogue and promotions published on a schedule
- App-only coupons redeemed in store
- One audience model across web, e-mail, push and POS
